If you work for one of the companies on this list, you can double, and possibly triple, the dollar value of your contribution. Simply obtain your company's Matching Gift Form, usually from the personnel or community affairs department. Complete the employee section of the form and include it with your contribution to Salt Lake Choral Artists. New companies are joining the Matching Gift Program regularly. If your company is not listed, be sure to ask your employer if there is a similar program available.
