Q. Where do I park for the concerts?
A. There are many lots nearby with free parking. Where To Park
SLCA will operate free shuttles from the stadium parking lot or the Merrill Engineering parking lot for selected concerts. Check with the Kingsbury ticket office ( 801.581.7100) for specific concert shuttle information.

Q. What do I do if I lose my tickets?
A. Call our office during business hours (801-942-1434 9-5 M-F MT) and we can look up your order and generate a replacement ticket or voucher that will be held at the Libby Gardner Concert Hall Box Office Will Call for you to pick up the day of the show.

Q. When do you send out the tickets?
A. Tickets are mailed at the latest a week prior to an event. Tickets purchased within 7 days of an event are held at the Will Call window at the Libby Gardner Concert Hall Box Office.

Q. What if I can't make it to a concert?
A. Tickets and subscription purchases are non-refundable. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another concert. Single ticket buyers may return their tickets within 48 hours prior to an event for a tax-deductible donation receipt.
